The Prostheses Foundation Welcomes The Jamii Group and Neom Town Co., Ltd.

On 3 December 2025, Clinical Professor Niwes Nantachit, M.D., Secretary-General of the Prostheses Foundation of H.R.H. The Princess Mother, together with the Foundation’s executives, welcomed Ms. Demetria Gallagher, Co-founder and Senior Director of Social Innovation, and her delegation from The Jamii Group, as well as Ms. Phaksarun Wongpitchayanun, Managing Director of Neom Town Co., Ltd., and her team. The purpose of the visit was to discuss potential collaboration with the Prostheses Foundation in research and development as well as procuring and donating prosthetic devices to help individuals who have lost limbs. The meeting took place at the Foundation’s office in Don Kaew Subdistrict, Mae Rim District, Chiang Mai Province.
Jamii Foundation is a non-profit organization that undertakes projects to empower communities through education, healthcare, and economic initiatives. The organization works closely with local communities to develop sustainable programs. Jamii Foundation focuses on mobilizing communities for sustainable development and addressing issues affecting youth and students, teen mothers, street children, persons with disabilities, the elderly, street-based sex workers, separated spouses, orphans, widows, patients, and individuals living with HIV/AIDS. The organization also supports young people in achieving their educational goals and pursuing independent careers.
