The 152nd royal mobile prosthesis unit project was a collaboration between the Prostheses Foundation and Che Hoon Khor Moral Uplifting Society, Penang, Malaysia. It took place at the Che Hoon Khor Moral Uplifting Society office providing prosthetic legs to amputees who live in Penang and nearby states in Malaysia. The amputees received quality prosthetic legs, gained better quality of life and no longer were a burden to their families. It also helped improve the Malaysia-Thailand relations. The event was held during 12th – 18th May 2019 at the Che Hoon Khor Moral Uplifting Society office in Penang, Malaysia. It was fully funded by Che Hoon Khor Moral Uplifting Society. 
The royal mobile prosthesis unit opening ceremony was on 12th May 2019. Mr. Chow Kon Yeow, Chief Minister of Penang, was the ceremony chairperson while Mr. Raschada Jiwalai, Consul-General in Penang, was co-chairperson. 
For this royal mobile prosthesis unit, there were 230 amputees who came to participate and 209 prosthetic legs were distributed.

The prosthetic leg presentation ceremony took place on Saturday, 18th May, 2019 at the Che Hoon Khor Moral Uplifting Society office. YAB Mr. Lim Guan Eng, Malaysia’s Minister of Finance, and YB Phee Boon Poh, on behalf of the Executive Council’s Chief Minister of Malaysia, were the chairpersons of the ceremony. Mr. Raschada Jiwalai, Consul-General in Penang; Dato’ Lim Cheah Chooi, President of the Che Hoon Khor Moral Uplifting Society; and Mr. Krienglit Sukcharoensin, Member of the Prostheses Foundation’s Board of Directors, also joined the presentation ceremony.
