The mobile prosthesis service unit organized in Malaysia was the foundation’s 135th mobile unit. The Che Hoon Khor Moral Uplifting Society, Penang, organized their “Free Prosthesis Program” and had asked the Prostheses Foundation of H.R.H. the Princess Mother for collaboration and support in providing free of charge prosthetic legs to amputees in Penang and nearby areas so that they too could have a better life quality, no longer be dependent on their family, and have less difficulties living in the society. This mobile prosthesis service unit was entirely funded by the Che Hoon Khor Moral Uplifting Society. A total of 182 amputees were given prosthetic legs.
